OPEN for the rest of the year! 💫

My reopening date is Thursday 6th November and I can’t wait to see you all in my new space 🥹

My Christmas appointments are also available! 🎄I’ve added extra days/times to my usual working week.

I’ve been busy recently responding to messages and making bookings. Please let me know if I haven’t been in touch with you! If there are any problems with the online system, please send a direct message. I’m always happy to help and reply as quickly as I can.

My new address will be on the confirmation email once you’ve made a booking. On your reminder email (nearer to your appointment day), there will be information about parking/ how to access my room.

Thank you again for being so patient with me the past couple of months. I have such incredible, loyal and caring clients - you’ve all made a difficult time much easier for me 🤍

Thank you everyone for your love and support with my ongoing personal circumstances. We still have not received anymore information with the house move. I have decided to set up again in my old room 🤍

I now have a temporary bed to use and will be ready for treatments from this Thursday. I have already been in touch with those on the waitlist to prioritise their appointments. Apologies if I have missed anyone! I have been messaging back and forth a lot the past couple of days. Please get in touch if I have not contacted you 🫶🏻

My online system is now open for the remaining availability. Hopefully we will get news of a moving date soon!

Thank you so much to the lovely team for having me today. It was a privilege assisting your runners- they did amazingly well! Such a supportive and loving atmosphere. I think we did 35 massages? 😅 I lost count!

🏡 U P D A T E! 📦

It has been a difficult week for us with the move as we have received some bad news. Unfortunately, our buyer’s solicitor’s firm has suddenly gone out of business. This has affected 100s of people, delaying so many cases. Our buyer has managed to find another firm but they cannot proceed with the sale until her paperwork is released to them. This leaves us at a standstill 😭 no one could have foreseen this incident.

Our estate agent and solicitor are unable to tell us how long the delay is going to be so I’m feeling more pressure to make a decision about work. My equipment is at the new treatment room (the electric bed was a nightmare to dismantle and move 😂) but my products and other things could be easily brought back. I may have to purchase a temporary bed. This is the current situation with my room ⬆️📦 We are going to try and obtain some more information next week. If the move is pushing on, I may have to set up from home again. This is my income, and the longer I’m off work, the more it impacts my family.

I cannot apologise enough to everyone who is waiting to book in 😭🫶🏻 you have been more than patient and I’m so grateful. All the messages I’ve received have been so warm and understanding, especially when you are requesting specific dates and I have been unable to give you answers 🥺
If I decide to set up again from my current home, I will still prioritise those who are on my waitlist 🤍

I know moving is never straight forward, but thank you again for waiting so long for answers and appointments. I wish I had more knowledge about a specific reopening date. My friends and family have been amazing as always 🥰 trying to keep a routine with little Marshall and lifting me up when I’m down! Mark has been my rock and has worked so hard this summer making things happen. Also taking care of me when I’ve been on a huge amount of antibiotics this week 😅 it really hasn’t been the best week! I’m feeling a little broken.

Hopefully clearer answers to follow next week.

EXCITING NEWS! 🏡💛✨

The Holt family have found their beautiful forever home, meaning Perfectly You Spa is relocating!

There’s a lot of information to share, please read this important update 🥰

The new address will be revealed as soon as possible but we think we will be moved in approximately August. It is 5 minutes from my current address so it will be easy to find. I am staying in the Ryhope area 🫶🏻 my new treatment room is an already built garden room- I can’t wait to add my personal touches to this space 😍 it will be so peaceful being separate from the house.

I have decided to take bookings up to:

SATURDAY 26th JULY

This will give me time to pack and prepare for the move. I will be sad to leave my lovely room but I am excited for the change! If you can’t find any availability online, please give me a message and I’ll fit you in where I can. I promise I’ll do my best to fit as many people in before this date. Please book in advance to avoid disappointment 🫶🏻 vouchers and loyalty cards will still be valid. I will send everyone my new address as soon as possible.

Hopefully the transition won’t be too long before I’m up and running in my new room 🏡🤍 I can’t determine how long the transition will be after the 26th of July but I will keep you updated with our progress.

Thank you for your patience, understanding and for the incredible support. I can’t wait to see you all at our new home 💛💫
