✨ Power of 3:
Energy and Release ✨

Tonight was pure medicine.
We opened with heart-warming cacao, breathed life back into tired bodies, and let the rhythm guide us into release.

Through somatic movement, drumming, shaking, laughter, stillness and closing meditation, we created a space where it was safe to soften… and safe to let go.

There were moments of fire.
Moments of quiet.
Moments where you could feel the energy shift in the room.

To everyone who showed up with an open heart, thank you. Your presence made the ritual what it was.

May whatever you released stay released. May whatever you called in root deeply.
Until we gather again. ✨✨✨
