Thank you to everyone who came our women’s support group yesterday 💚

We chatted about powerful feelings of being stuck, rage, the peaks and troughs of self-worth and supported each other with care and understanding.

I am so grateful to get to know you all and share your stories and experiences.

It's finally spring time 🥳 🌼

This is my favourite season and today is a perfect example of why 😍

It's not too hot, it's not too cold. The sun is shining, not a cloud in the sky. And we have a pair of bluetits nesting in our garden 🐦

I am sitting watching them build their nest as they fly above me, and pop their little head out to say hello 😃
