PS Reiki and Healing Reiki therapy can be hands on or hands off healing, depending on the individual.

Reiki therapy can decrease anxiety and pain, reduce fatigue, improve quality of life, increase energy and help to improve sleep.

Had my first Reiki from my very talented cousin last week. Laughter was inevitable, but that’s just us 🤦‍♀️. Will definitely be back if she’ll have me 🤣.

Sleep and pain has improved significantly and other than worrying over a poorly Bob (doing ok now) have felt really relaxed too. Thank you our Pamela 😘 ###
