We’re delighted to be partnering with Cultural Spring on this exciting Artist Call Out! ✨

At Culture Care North CIC, we believe creativity and care go hand in hand - helping to nurture belonging, wellbeing, and cultural connection in our communities.

This project invites artists and creatives to explore how co-creative practices such as clay, crafts, and storytelling can reduce isolation and celebrate culturally competent care in Sunderland.

We’re looking forward to connecting with artists who share our vision of care that honours culture, community, and creativity.💛

We’re excited to share a new Artist Call Out with our partners, Culture Care North CIC

They’re seeking an artist/creative to lead a community arts research project in Sunderland exploring how co-creative practices (such as clay, crafts, or other artforms) can reduce isolation and celebrate culturally competent care.

It was great to be part of the networking event with other organisations discussing barriers and challenges faced by the women in the north east. Islamic Relief UK Represent Women WHiST (Women's Health in South Tyneside)

Spent yesterday morning at another great Networking event organised by Jo at Represent Women in South Shields. The event was for the women and girls sector in South Tyneside and Sunderland & Hosted by WHiST. ☕️✨

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again.. there’s something magical about women coming together to support other women in both business and in communities.
Being in a room filled with women who are collaborating, celebrating eachother and signposting to other services is empowerment in itself!

Talking to other likeminded women who are passionate about the women and girls sector is just fantastic. It was great seeing some familiar faces and great to see some new faces! Looking forward to the next one.
