Mindfulness & Meditation classes People often come to see me with a one problem only to discover I am also able to help then with something else entirely. I specialise in helping women lead happier healthier lives by dealing with the physical and emotional pain they may be living with. You may be dealing with anxious thoughts, lack of self-belief, confidence issues, overwhelm, phobias or general low mood. You don't have to continue to feel this way, things can change. There are many different ways to change thoughts and feelings and I'm very skilled in helping you to do just that. For body aches and pains I'd recommend Bowen it's a gentle hands on therapy, which can help resolved long held tightness and tension in your body. Sciatica, frozen shoulder, neck pain and back pain, and many more all respond very well to Bowen treatments. I've been a Holistic therapist for over 20yrs and have a number of therapies that I practice.

I'm a wellbeing coach, and can help you with everything from an achey body to how you deal with intrusive thoughts. The type of thoughts that take over your life!
One of the best ways to feel happier and more content with your life, is to learn to meditate.
