Just now and then I have a brief moment where I worry I'm not doing enough to help the beautiful people that attend our sessions. Then out of the blue I receive an email of feedback like I did today 🙏 These things do tend to come along at the right time don't they. Thank you to all of you for inspiring me and for bringing all of your gorgeous energy into our space, helping to nurture our 7 Dimensions family. Lots of love for you all ❤️

As Sunday Sound Sessions don't return until Sunday 26th October, here is one round of Wuji Gong to keep you going.

It is the full Earth and Heaven sequence facing the South.
Try to do just this one round or maybe to all four directions if you have more time.
Remember to relax, focus on your inner smile.
Don't forget to chant out loud in Taiji - it feels really good! Then wait to feel all 6 directions of energy return to you.

Introducing our company directors and volunteers.
Eleanor-Mae is one of our volunteers in our Children's Aerial Yoga sessions.

My name is Eleanor-Mae, and I’ve been going to aerial classes for over seven years — it’s something I’ve really grown to love. Aerial has helped me build confidence, strength, and a real sense of well-being over the years. I’ve worked hard to focus on what I’m good at, and now I’m really passionate about supporting others in the same way I’ve been supported.
I love helping people find their own strength and open up new opportunities on their journey. I’m really proud and excited to be part of the 7 Dimensions community, it’s such a supportive space where everyone can feel welcome and encouraged.

Introducing our company directors and volunteers
Nikki is one of our directors 💕

My name is Nikki and I am a Deputy Head Teacher and SENCo in a primary school. I have a strong commitment to supporting children, families, and carers, particularly those facing challenges around anxiety, neurodiversity, and mental health.
With extensive experience in trauma-informed and inclusive education, I work to ensure that the right support is in place not just for children, but for the wider network around them.
It is this interest and desire that has drawn me into the 7 Dimensions offer of becoming a director and volunteer, after experiencing the positive impact aerial yoga and sound healing has made on my own mental and physical well-being.
I am passionate about creating safe, welcoming spaces where people feel heard, valued, and connected — something I truly believe 7 Dimensions Wellness offers, along with a warm sense of community and a good cup of tea.
