What a lovely Soundbath we had tonight with Hannah and I mixing the bowls and gongs together in a fully booked session 💕 Thanks for volunteering to share your skills tonight Hannah 🙏

We started with some gentle QiGong, followed by a seated visualization then a sound bath under weighted blankets and a cup of tea and community time.

Some feedback from tonight:
"This is the only place I feel safe, secure and at peace"
"Loved the sounds of the crystal bowls"
"Very relaxing, loved the gentleness of the quiet sound of the bowls"
"Enjoyed the visualisation, walking through the forest to the beach and the crystal bowls were lovely"
"I'm not usually a fan of crystal bowls but I fell asleep and needed waking up, they obviously hit the mark tonight"

CHILDREN'S AERIAL YOGA - just a reminder that our current funding is coming to an end! This Saturday is the last fully funded children's session we are able to offer!

HOWEVER....

We know what these sessions mean to you so we have decided to keep them running as a pay as you go service. This means that from Saturday 25th April you will be sent a payment link to pay £12 in advance, when you book in as normal.

This payment allows us to fund your instructor and the room hire fee which enables us to continue providing these valuable SEN sessions with small class numbers and focused instruction.

Thank you for your continued support. We hope to get funding in the future to support our programs.

🌟Meanwhile we still offer funded places in adults Hatha Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Sound baths and Women's Circles
