These sessions are FREE of charge to children with additional needs, especially autism and ADHD or other neurodivergent issues.
It would be a shame to see the spaces go to waste

Sunday Sound Healing Sessions are BACK!
Join us tomorrow Sunday 11th January at 5.00pm for our first 2026 Gong bath.
We start with some gentle Qi Gong movement, a short seated visualisation followed by an hour of healing vibrations from the gongs, bowls and frequency tubes.
Some weighted blankets are available but bring anything you need to make you extra warm and cosy

We have our first Sound Bath of 2026 on Sunday and it is still free of charge for those who need it. Come along, re-set, re-charge and re-energise.
