Before and After: Mid-face and marionette fold rejuvenation with Dermal Filler

When this patient came to us, she was noticing the effects of natural volume loss through her mid-face, along with a gradual decline in skin elasticity. Over time, that subtle shift had created a hollow, downward appearance and deeper lines around the mouth, causing shadows and creating a tired, sad appearance.
Our goal was to restore structure and lift the areas experiencing volume loss, while bringing light back to her complexion and soften those harsh shadows. With precise placement of dermal filler in just a few key points (the mid-face and marionette folds), we were able to recontour the face, gently lift and bring back balance and harmony to her appearance.
Her skin now looks beautifully plump and supported, and her expression now reflects how she truly feels. She looks like an entirely happier, more vibrant version of herself, which is exactly what we aimed to do ✨
