What an inspiring weekend in Florence! ✨

I had the privilege of attending the L'Estetica Senza Tempo conference, invited by Relife and Menarini alongside incredible colleagues from around the world.

It's experiences like these that fuel my passion for bringing you the very best in aesthetic medicine. Learning about innovative treatments like Revitalise Threads (biostimulatory fibres for skin quality), the Rinnova TCA peel, and the Definisse filler range was truly exciting.

What I love most about these conferences isn't just the cutting-edge treatments, it's the reminder of why we do what we do. Every innovation we explore is about helping you feel like the best, most refreshed version of yourself.

SPF mistakes I see every single week 👆🏼

As a doctor, I can tell you that sun protection is THE foundation of healthy skin. Yet almost everyone gets it wrong.

The four biggest mistakes:

🧴 Using too little product (you need TWO fingers' worth for face and neck, not a tiny blob)

🧴 Applying SPF before moisturiser (it should always go on LAST)

🧴 Skipping reapplication (every 2 hours if you're outdoors, no exceptions)

🧴 Thinking it's summer-only (UVA penetrates clouds and windows year-round)

Getting SPF right is honestly the single biggest thing you can do for long-term skin health. It prevents premature ageing, pigmentation, and so much more.
