I’m Tracy, founder of The Movement Fix, fixing pain for clients in person for 17 years and online for 3. I bloody love my job!
Did you know that this year I’ve been on a real mission of self improvement. I’ve had lots of therapy over my life, but this time I had hypnotherapy to stop drinking wine every day! Pain and discomfort come from being too static, too still for long periods of your day.
Reduce pain by moving in your seat at least every 30 minutes!

This doesn’t mean disrupting your work to get up and squat 😂

Do these instead;
👌 cross one leg over the other
👌 cross the other leg over
👌 sit up straight
👌 slouch
👌 twist to the right
👌 twist to the left
👌 lean on your right elbow
👌 lean on your left elbow.

Always be moving so you keep the blood flowing, and your focus lasered in!

So change it up, change what you do everyday.

Start small, an extra glass of water, then add to it… balance on one leg while making a cup of tea, then add to it, 10 deep breaths to ease getting to sleep.
