Our staff survey results are in and once again we’re celebrating the results. Nearly everyone taking part (95%) said YH is ‘a great place to work’. 'The people' and ‘a supportive culture’ got most votes for the 'best thing about YH' and 98% said they have good working relationships with colleagues. All this and a response rate of 82%!
