Itโs the 1st of September this Sunday!! ๐
As lovely as the hot weather is, all seasons are beautiful in their own way. Just like nature our body also goes through changes with seasons. Naturally there will be decrease in our energy with the sun shining less and less every single day.
Itโs the perfect time to start taking care of your well-being as the mood is significantly affected by this lack of light.
Before I practiced yoga, Seasonal Affective Disorder was something that affected me from mid August through to Christmas period. I had no energy for much and just felt a feeling of sadness that I could not shake off. Thankfully, this is no longer the case as my yoga practice often shifts my mood and allows me to enjoy winter months.
So here I am urging you to make a start, come to a class and begin a journey that can have profound affect on your mental health and wellbeing. I could write so much about how it can help or you can just come and feel the changes.
