you will experience each classes are different, postures to keep the body fit and healthy, breathing exercise to steady the mind and to promote general sense of well being, relaxation to relieve stress and to increase energy level. My first training was in India which was Iyenger and focus is more on precision, my second training was sivananda and focus is more spirituality, i also trained as Asthanga with David Swenson, Asthanga yoga is more dynamic, finally i trained with British Wheel of yoga. i Have taken best from all these organisation and have created my own teaching style so you can leave the class feeling energized, relaxed and stress free.
