Reflexology - Excellent for reducing stress, boosting immunity. balancing hormones, insomnia, asthma, digestive problems to name a few. Massage - Improve circulation, aid relaxation, reduce tension, relieve muscular pain. Maternity Reflexology - Aid fertility and conception, reduce pregnancy symptoms such as spd, nausea, back pain, heartburn, headaches, swelling. In the last 3 weeks of pregnancy treatment can be intensified to help the onset of natural labour. Aromatherapy Massage - With the use of pre blended oils such as womens blend and night time blend, aromatherapy oils can be used to help various complaints. Pregnancy Massage - Deeply relaxing, can help with swelling, back ache, hip pain, heartburn, insomnia and headaches. Baby Reflexology - Excellent for colic, reflux, constipation, teething and colds. Doula - Supporting you through pregnancy, birth and post natal.
