Last weekend was Rakshabandan – one of the cultural traditions celebrated by Hindus. The sister ties a thread around her brother’s wrist; a sign of female protection and love for her brother. It’s also a moment for us to reflect on the unique bond between a brother and sister. Many people don’t know this, but I work at my brother’s practice as a dentist one day a week. Quite often, we are both so busy at work, the only moment we get together is a quick hello and a 2 second hug … But I feel so lucky to have that as a minimum one day a week 🥰

Chin enhancement doesn’t have to look obvious. In fact, some of the most impactful results come from subtle tweaks that bring the whole face into balance — and that’s exactly what we’ve done here.

This beautiful patient came to me for a natural chin filler treatment. She had a slightly recessed chin with a soft dimple in the middle, as well as a strong jawline and active lower-face muscles from clenching. These are things we often see in patients with a naturally wider face shape — and it’s so important to work with those features, not against them. The patient wanted softening of the dimple as part of the enhancement.

By carefully placing dermal filler in key areas, we’ve gently lengthened and projected the chin to create a more balanced side profile and a more tapered, feminine silhouette — while maintaining all the natural animation and character in her face.

The power of Polynucleotides 🧬 IF treatment is done correctly, for the appropriate case, and the right product is used. I used a high concentration of polynucleotide for this patient- this is key in producing noticeable results. I generally use or 2ml per treatment.

A patient recently asked me whether lip filler is still popular …My answer was this: in my clinic, lip filler is as popular as it ever was because I do it if it would suit the patient, not just because it’s on “trend”. Lip volumisation can do so many wondering things!! It softens your appearance. It makes you look sexier. It hydrates the lips. It can help the nose look less projected if you have a largely projected nose (profile balancing). It can feminise you more. It reduces signs of ageing. It reduces the wrinkles around the lips.
