In our penultimate session of the term today we were celebrating that Christmas is Coming! We had some fabulous Christmas crafts, a cinnamon sensory play box and a hot chocolate messy play tray!

Thanks to everyone who came along - your beautiful creations with be in full display this weekend at our Christmas Tree Festival!

It was all about ‘animals in winter’ this morning - we enjoyed making bird feeders, hiding and finding acorns like a squirrel in our sensory box and playing with our small world winter forest.
We also started working on some decorations for our tree festival Christmas tree!
There’s no group next week but we can’t wait to see everyone on 8th December!

Save the date!

We're excited to share news of this year's Community Christmas Tree Festival in All Saints Church and Centre, from Fri 12th December to Sunday 14th December. Opening times for each day can be found on the image below.

As in previous years, we will be show-casing a variety of beautifully decorated Christmas Trees, sponsored by local charities, businesses and organisations, as well as representatives of our Church groups.

It will be a wonderful event, for all the family. We hope to see you there!

It was all snow, ice and snowmen at Little Seedlings this morning and we had so much messy fun!!!

Can you help?

Little Seedlings is very much in need of new volunteers to help run our fabulous group. We are looking for anyone who can spare a few hours on some Monday mornings to help set up, run and clear away our activities.

This group can only continue to run if we have volunteers to make that happen so if you (or anyone you know) would like to find out more or can help please do get in touch for a chat.

It was our fireworks and bonfire themed week this morning and we just had way too much fun to remember to take many photos!

With our playdough firework creations, firework biscuit decorating, firework painting and firework mark making tuff tray there was lots of fun to have!

Next week's theme is 'Winter is coming' and we can't wait to see everyone (and hopefully take plenty of pictures)!

It was pumpkins and potions week at Little Seedlings this morning! We had so much messy fun playing with pumpkin guts, making love potions, colour mixing to make pumpkin pictures and discovering what was in the sensory box!

Thank you to everyone who came along and joined in - we are off next week for half term but can't wait to see you all again on the 3 November!

It was a Harvest Celebration at Little Seedlings this morning where we enjoyed a very special story with Rev Leanne in church as well as some messy harvest activities!

We hope everyone enjoyed it as much as we did and thank you to everyone for contributing to our food bank collection.

Next week is our last week before the half term break. Booking is now open.

We had lots of budding scientists at Little Seedlings this morning as we enjoyed messy science fun! With colour mixing, oobleck and magnetic discovery there was lots to do!
