✨ Rest & Reset Sound Healing Session ✨

As winter approaches, nature is beginning to quiet itself…
and yet, many of us find ourselves doing the opposite — rushing, preparing, overextending, and carrying the emotional weight of the festive season.

Recently, I noticed something striking in my own garden: a bumble bee still busily working in the cold. Scientists say many bees are now skipping their usual winter hibernation because the cues to rest are disappearing.

It made me think of us — how easily we, too, forget to pause, soften, and replenish.

This session is your invitation **to do what nature intends**:
to rest, reset, and return to yourself before the holiday whirlwind begins.

If you’ve been feeling tired, overwhelmed, or stretched thin, come and receive the deep nourishment your body and mind are quietly longing for.

**What to Expect**

Through gentle, calming breathwork and the soothing power of sound, you’ll be guided into a state of profound ease.
Settle in warmly — on your mat or in one of the two available reclining chairs (please request in advance) — and allow waves of sound to wash through you.

Expect the soft vibrations of:

* Tibetan & Himalayan bowls
* Bells
* Chimes
* Drums
* Low, grounding drones

These frequencies gently encourage your whole system to soften, release tension, and reset from within.

You’ll leave feeling:
✨ rested
✨ rejuvenated
✨ grounded
✨ clearer and more able to move into the coming weeks with steadiness and calm

**Give yourself this well-deserved pause.**

Rest. Rebalance. Re-enter winter feeling more peaceful, calm, and supported.

Friday 12th December. £12
**5:45–6:45pm**
**7:30–8:30pm**

Feeling tired, overwhelmed, or stretched thin as the festive season approaches?

This time of year can bring joy - but also pressure, busy schedules, and emotional overload. If you’re craving a pause, some peace, and a moment to breathe, this session is your invitation to slow down and replenish yourself before the holiday whirlwind begins.

As we move toward winter and the run-up to Christmas, give yourself permission to rest deeply. Gentle, calming breathwork, and the soothing power of sound can help dissolve stress, settle an overactive mind, and restore a sense of ease and balance.

You’ll leave feeling rested, rejuvenated, grounded, and clear — ready to move into the season with more calm and steadiness.

During the session, you will be expertly guided through a simple, nourishing breathing practice and then you’ll be invited to settle in warmly — on your mat or in one of the two available reclining chairs (please request in advance) — and be guided into a deep, nurturing relaxation.

Expect the soft vibrations of Tibetan and Himalayan bowls, bells, chimes, drums and drones to wash over you, encouraging your whole system to soften and reset.

This session is mat-based, but reclining chairs are available for those who need them — simply email or call ahead to reserve.
Give yourself this well-deserved pause.

Rest. Rebalance and Re-enter winter feeling more peaceful, calm, and supported.

🕯 As Autumn Deepens — The Call of Samhain 🍂

As Mother Nature continues her graceful descent into autumn, she invites us to slow down and turn inward.

With the falling leaves and lengthening nights comes the next turning of the Wheel of the Year — Samhain (pronounced sow-ein), the ancient Celtic New Year.

Samhain marks both an ending and a beginning — the closing of summer’s outward energy and the opening of the darker, more introspective half of the year.
Just as the trees release their leaves, we too are invited to let go, to rest, and to reflect on what no longer serves us.

It’s a time to pause in the stillness, to look back with gratitude, and to dream forward — planting the quiet seeds of what wishes to grow in the fertile darkness of winter.

🔮 Healing the Witch Wound

This Samhain, our ceremony will gently guide us into exploring and healing the Witch Wound — the inherited fear of our own intuition, wisdom, and power.

For generations, those who lived in harmony with nature — the healers, midwives, truth-tellers, and mystics — were silenced or persecuted.
The trauma of those times left an imprint not only on individuals but on entire communities and cultures.
It taught many of us, especially women and sensitive souls, to stay small, to hide our magic, or to distrust our inner knowing.

The Witch Wound lives in subtle ways — as fear of being seen, of speaking up, of standing in our power, or of trusting our body and intuition.
Healing it is not about revisiting the past, but about remembering who we truly are beneath centuries of conditioning.

Through stillness, movement, ritual, and reflection, we begin to reclaim what was once lost: our voice, our connection to nature, and our birthright to live as wise, free, and whole beings.

🍂You’re Invited🍂

Join us for an evening of yoga, ceremony, journaling, and tarot as we honour the turning of the year, release what’s complete, and awaken the magic within.
