Hello I’m Sophie, a qualified yoga teacher and practising specialist nurse. My experience over many years working in nursing has, for me, reinforced the link between mental and physical health. Prevention is always better than cure!
The gentle flowing movements in Dru yoga help to improve mood, physical strength, flexibility and balance and manage aches and pains. In addition to being a qualified yoga teacher, I am currently undertaking a post-graduate course in back care and well-being.
YogaWorks with Sophie is based in the West Midlands, developing a service providing yoga sessions in workplaces and the community including local classes, residential care homes and one to one tuition.
