YogoJo Sutton Coldfield Yoga Classes

YogoJo Sutton Coldfield Yoga Classes I am Jo Fletcher, a working mum to three beautiful boys and a loving wife. My story is quite ordinary and similar to other people’s.

I have always wanted to have a family, somebody to love me, successful career and to be recognised for my hard work. I have always been ambitious, have studied and worked hard to achieve career goals. In pursuing my career, I created a stressful life that led to me smoking too much, becoming anxious, and to my embarrassment I found myself taking out my frustrations on the ones I love. I put undue pressure on myself and when I did achieve, I quickly became bored and yearned for a new target. While I could be considered as successful in achieving my career goals, I have found my private interests in yoga and meditation to be more rewarding and the fruits of their study to be hugely emotionally gratifying. To overcome my negative behaviours, I turned into yoga and meditation.

"The secret of happiness is not found in seeking more, but in developing the capacity to enjoy less." — Socrates.

Take this as a gentle reminder that joy doesn’t come from adding more to your to-do list, but from noticing and appreciating what’s already here. 🧘‍♀️✨

Sometimes less is more. 🤗

See YOU on the mat at 6pm (ladies class) or 7pm (men class). I missed you all while we were in Poland last week 💕

Why does Bank Holiday Monday feel so different on retreat?
Because instead of DIY projects or other errands, we started our week with breathing, stretching and actually doing something for ourselves! 😌✨

Today was our first full day in the rhythm of retreat life — and it was magic. A peaceful meditation welcomed us into the morning (no surprise snores 🤫). By midday, we’d stretched, sweated and maybe even floated a little during the yoga session. And the afternoon? Pure bliss with restorative yin — lots of blocks, long holds, and the occasional contented sigh. And the Caspar Hotel looked after us very well spoiling us with amazing food!

Here’s to Mondays that don’t need coffee to be good.
