Transformation Appreciation ✨
So this Lovely Lady came to me for the first time just 2 weeks ago. She had booked in online for B’tox and Dermal Filler to the Marionettes in hope to remove the shadows caused from either side of the mouth corners heading down towards the jowl area ✋
Upon arrival, I actually advised I wouldn’t be willing to add any more filler into the area as it stood✖️
Reason being, she’d been having filler added to the same area over some time (by another local clinic, not myself) and in my opinion it was the incorrect placement & product build up that was weighing the skin down causing buldges of product under the skin (arrows showing) causing deep shadowing. Something I see all too often 😔
My advise was to dissolve the product that was in there to release the weighing down of the skin, then non surgically face-lift the lower face with PDO threads and then accurately replace just 1.1ml dermal product where needed to rejuvenate the lower face.
I was willing to lose the additional revenue, my role is to reverse the signs of aging, not add to that and if I don’t think something will benefit you, I won’t take your money.. it’s that simple (I got you!)
