One week since CUCF, and what a weekend it was 💙

Last weekend Laura G and Laura V had the priviledge of attending CUCF 2025 in Windsor. The weekend ended with the CUCF provider awards and we are honoured to have picked up some trophies! 🏆

Born and raised in Italy to Ghanaian parents, Jemimah moved to the UK in 2017 to follow her passion for aesthetics. With an Honours Degree in Aesthetic Practitioner Studies and years of experience in Birmingham clinics, she’s now found her dream role right here at MediZen ✨

Jemimah is passionate about helping her patients achieve real, visible results through safe and effective treatments tailored to every skin type, tone, and concern.

Considering treatments like liquid BBL’s? 🙌

In recent years, liquid BBL’s have become one of the fastest-growing aesthetic procedures in the UK. Last year, Alice Webb, a mother of 5, lost her life following a liquid BBL procedure. Her death highlighted just how dangerous these kind of procedures can be.

Dr Eccleston has 30+ years of experience as a GP and as one of the top aesthetic doctors in the UK, and yet he would not perform treatments like this. We know there are thousands of other doctors and nurses around the country who put patient safety first and would never offer these treatments. The fact that people with zero medical qualifications or experience are offering liquid BBL’s (and other similar high-risk treatments) is extremely alarming.

It’s fantastic to finally see that ’s campaign had made a difference, and that the government will be introudcing legislation for high-risk treatments such as liquid BBL’s. We’re delighted that progress is being made, and that thousands of patients seeking aesthetic treatments across the UK will be in safer hands.
