An emotional evening for me personally, as this is where I started, where it all began! Where I met so many amazing people and watched them transform physically and mentally over these two years 🥰🐸

As mentioned, classes on a Tuesday will be at the YMCA centre at Boogie Bounce Sutton Coldfield, please follow the page for more information, and I can’t wait to see you all there next week.

Good afternoon my lovely castle vale ladies!

As mentioned in class, I have messaged you in regards to the sad closing of this castle vale business, BUT

I am moving back to Sutton Coldfield for Tuesday sessions! I currently hold them at the YMCA centre near the horse and jockey pub, where I will be holding a Tuesday 6:30pm blast session, starting from the 30th of May!

Our last session at the swimming baths will be on the 23rd of May. People have been contacted in regards to their sessions, and I am offering a package of £20 for the first 6 sessions booked. This is only a limited offer for people who want to start up on a Tuesday at the YMCA 🙌🏼

🚨 I have taken the decision to cancel tonight’s class 🚨
This is due to very low numbers, and sadly I cannot run the class until I meet minimum ☹️
I will have a longer about classes moving forward.
Everyone’s sessions will be carried over to whatever date you like, or a refund will be issued - (this time only)

Sorry ladies, have to do what I have to do at times and I cannot justify costs when the numbers do not meet. Thank you for understanding xx

Guess who’s feeling right as rain today? 👀
After a pretty pants week last week, I’m super happy to say I’m back to classes this week!

Please allow me to get back into it slowly, you’ve all been absolutely amazing and supportive, so I’ll be taking it easy until I’m fully recovered, but I’ve been given the okay to teach again but at a lower level for now (will I actually follow it 🤣)

For my Tamworth ladies, I have spaces available at castle vale and Sutton Coldfield via the Gymcatch app 💜 due to claymore being closed for bank holiday!

🚨URGENT 🚨
Guess who’s just walked in from hospital… 👋
So sadly, due to my health not improving and emergency action from my doctor, all of my classes have been cancelled this week. 🙁

This is something I’ve really not wanted to do but I’m in an unbelievable amount of pain, pending treatment before the end of the week I will be reviewing next week also, but no pain relief is helping at the moment - so it’s killing me not to bounce! 😫

I will be sending everyone messages via Gym-catch, and emails for Boogie Bounce Castle Vale and Boogie Bounce Sutton Coldfield venues, again I’m beyond sorry, my health hasn’t been the best the last few weeks, but now we seem to know what it is we can start a plan 🤞🏻

If you can please let me know a time, and date you’d like to transfer your session so, I can do this asap.
Thank you for understanding ladies, I miss you all terribly 🙁🐸
