We now have a new Tyler at our Sutton Coldfield clinic! Tyler A (not to be confused with our original Tyler) has been passionate about sports therapy ever since a personal injury opened his eyes to the impact of rehabilitation. He uses sports massage, deep tissue and injury rehab techniques to treat all types of pain, whether it's a sore back, a stiff neck, or a more complex injury. He is available Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays.

I couldn't recommend Adjust Massage enough, specifically Tyler, who has been amazing over the past six months I've been going to the clinic. The clinic is easy to locate, clean and welcoming. Tyler is very friendly and professional, and he did a great job at making me feel relaxed by explaining everything along the way. I went with issues in my neck and headaches and felt the benefit from the massage immediately after my first appointment. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've had quite a few massages but the sports, deep tissue massage I had from Helder at Adjust in Wylde Green was just the best. Therapeutic and targeted with professionalism and skill. Helder knows his stuff without a shadow of a doubt and I have been twice now as my back and neck issues are most definitely improving. Well worth the money (which is very competitive) and there is a discount on at the moment. I won't go anywhere else now!"

His personal experience of injury inspired him to learn more about injury prevention and treatment, and how to help others in a similar position. He became focused on improving the culture around basketball and injury prevention, and he now supports two basketball academies and works with world class track athletes preparing the the upcoming Olympics. With massage therapy, Helder believes attention to detail is everything, and that finding the root cause of the problem is essential. She then went on to a master's and doctoral degree, focusing on pain management and particularly back and neck pain. Her 8 years of experience as a licensed physiotherapist abroad means she has a huge range of knowledge of various conditions, and this informs her practise as massage therapist. With massage, she takes pride in providing a high-quality service to every client, and her treatments include sports massage, deep tissue, Swedish and Pregnancy massage.
