Yin is back 🫶 Thursdays at 7.15pm from the 20th April ❤️

Yin is a slow and meditative practice, we hold passive postures for around 3-7 minutes in order to gently stress our connective tissue and ligaments, keeping them supple and hydrated. It stimulates the meridians to help energy flow and improve wellbeing.

There are actually some spaces available on this angels Tuesday 6pm class this week! ✨❤️ if you’ve always wanted to try it but never managed to get a space get booked on! 🙏 it’s a flow class so some experience of yoga is recommended
