Thanks to all the amazing ladies who joined us for our long awaited day retreat.
We had an invigorating hatha morning practice, a very tasty and wholesome lunch, a walk in the woods and a relaxing afternoon of yin and nidra.
I think we all made some new friends and chatted our way through the day when we weren't in the studio!
Huge thanks to Geraldine from .wellness for allowing us to use The Nook for the day.

Join us for a whole day of meditation, yoga, relaxation and delicious wholesome food.
The morning session will combine meditation, pranayama (breath work) and an energising yoga class where you will practice a wide range of postures using the props provided.
After a nutritious lunch the afternoon session will be a relaxing blend of yin yoga and yoga nidra to leave you feeling completely at ease in your body and mind.
Tea and cake will complete the day.

8 years ago today Cactus Yoga opened its studio doors for the first time.
