A Past Life Regression session is where I guide you into a deep state of relaxation so that you can access, through your subconscious mind, memories and events of past lives. I will help you to relate to an issue in your current lifetime by exploring what has happened in your past. Many people bring into this lifetime trauma, characteristics, life patterns and oaths that they hold onto, which can interfere with their current life.
During the Regression session we will revisit your past. I will try to help you to rewrite or undo any negative patterns, so you can let go of the past by using forgiveness and understanding of what has made you who you are.
With the growing interest in spiritual work, people now want to heal their soul and to do this they seek ways of help, one of these is Regression. Many believe that their soul has lived in more than one lifetime and as such carries memories which influence their current life.

What is Reiki healing?
Reiki is an ancient form of healing which was rediscovered by Dr Usui in the 1800s. Some believe it is the healing which Jesus did. Reiki which is pronounced Ray-Key, Rei meaning Universal and Ki meaning life force. The healing Reiki energy is channelled through the Reiki healer which is then released through the hands into the person who requires healing. Higher vibrational Reiki energy such as Unicorn, Lemurian, Dragon or dolphin Reiki have evolved with the current earth energy changes since the earth awakening in 2012. This higher vibrational energy helps to remove negative karmic imprints and old negative emotions which the person has from this and their previous lifetimes.
