Wellness is the aim
The Retreat offers a wide selection of therapies, classes, workshops and professional training across a wide array of holistic and wellbeing therapies. The aim is helping people to improve or achieve wellness in a natural way. The Studio at The Retreat is our space to host wellness sessions such as the regular Shibashi Qigong sessions, Meditation and more. All workshops and classes are also bookable for private groups, ideal for a get together with friends or workplace groups.
Qigong sessions are an element of the wellbeing aim. A wonderfully gentle but highly effective, simple Shibashi set specifically designed for health, wellbeing and mindfulness. A great way to forget about the outside world and all of the stresses and strains for a while. There is no fitness requirement, anyone of any age can do Shibashi, and best of all it’s always done on two feet and you can’t get it wrong!
Meditation sessions and events happen on a weekly and monthly basis with all ages and experience catered for.
I’m Victoria , a therapist/tutor/master with over 20 years experience and a passion for everything that I do. If I teach it it’s a part of my lifestyle too. All of my classes, workshops and sessions are a result of a great many years of hard work, research and dedication to providing the best selection of therapies and wisdom .
