Our values are those things we consider to be most important to us in life. They can often change over time, just as we ourselves do, so it can be helpful to reflect on what our core values are in the here and now to help us live a life that aligns with them.

Are there any values that might be missing or are being compromised? Are there any that you’d like to move away from?
Which values are personal to you and which ones are shared within your family, your relationship or your friendships? Are there any differences in values that cause tension or conflict between you?
