Official practice notification
We are holding another covid booster clinic on Saturday 18th December. If you are a patient at Woodlands and you are still due your booster (18y and over, at least 3 months since your second dose) you should have received a text message from us. If you have please use the link to book into the clinic. We also have some capacity on Monday 20th December. If you have not received a text message from us please call the surgery after 11am on any weekday to get booked in. We would like to get everyone eligible vaccinated before Christmas. We currently have plenty of availability on the Saturday. Prebooked appointments and Woodlands patients only please.
