Hello All,

Unfortunately due to other commitments we are unable to continue with Evolve. Other commitments are preventing us from giving Evolve the attention it needs as a Business serving all that attend for Health & Wellness requirement.

What this means is that we are looking for someone to potentially take ownership of the Business. Which comes with 3 kitted out contrast rooms, 3 cold water chillers, 2 saunas, shower room, sports massage/ reiki healing room, Bloodworks and health screening workshops & wellness products.

If you are interested then please do not hesitate to DM us for further information.

However, failure to pass evolve on as an operating Buisness. Will sadly mean we will look set to close our doors for good on Evolve.

Evolve has served a purpose to the community in wellness and recovery needs. Whilst also producing a thriving community of likeminded people who attend groups camps, hikes & wild cold water dips. The community is created is a testiment to what has been created by Evolve itself.

As it pains me to be writing this, I know that to deliver the best service it requires full commitment to our customers. And due to other commitments we just cannot cater on the same level as we once did.

Our last trading day will be 28th February 2025 in event the Buisness does not find a new owner.

We apologise to all, but also thank each and everyone of you for your much valued support.

Sunday we had the pleasure of hosting a female group event with 10 persons using the powers of Contrast Therapy. Thank to

📣 it Ain’t All Sunshine & Rainbows 🌈

😞 This past week both Paul & I had agreed that the Vision we had (Evolve, a centre for Health & Wellbeing) was no longer viable. We spoke in depth about the business & decided that the time had come to close the doors at the end of May. People who know us know we speak from the Heart.

😓 Business has been tough. We both work full time in demanding roles & it’s hard for us to be so ready available. Evolve has a good day here and there. But sometimes we have had weeks where we haven’t had the custom & so many no shows too. We have to arrange to switch everything on an hour before a client to ensure all is ready at temp for arrival times. When people don’t show this is time we could utilise elsewhere, but also at cost for us switching everything in ready.

🫠 Therefore doesn’t become financially viable. We never entered this to make money, rather run cost neural and provide a service that has been INSTRUMENTAL in both our own lives. The vision has certainly become reality in what we offer at the shop. Contrast Therapy, Reiki, Sports & Swedish Massage, Health Screening, Wellness Products & Evolve Merch.

🤗 HOWEVER- after discussion yesterday. We have decided not to give up on the Vision that easily. We are not quitters & That we will give it one last push in the direction we’d love to see it go towards. Both Paul & I are going to hang in & give it another couple months till the end of June & re access the situation.

👫 Evolve Community - we are just starting to see a little community flourish from the outdoor dip events. Which we would like to keep going, bringing strangers together & making friends through a shared interest.
