My name is Becky Ryan this my story.
I joined Diane Diane Copley at one of her Slimming World groups Thursday 9.30am at the Bentinck welfare but soon found that the Friday 8am session was better for me and there is always the 9.30am session too and knowing this there was the Saturday groups 7.30am & 9am & 10.30am sessions both at the Grosvenor rooms Sutton.
I was a size 24/26 when i joined and now I’m now at a 14/16 and my total loss is 5st 10.5 in 13 months (there has been gains, I’ve still enjoyed holidays) it’s about being able to still enjoy life and be on a plan. Now doing exercise - which before I couldn’t really handle the thought of exercising. My favourite meal is home made slimming world kebab and being able to bein controll of what goes in my mouth, the fact I’ve inspired others I’ve had folk message me saying they’ve joined slimming world because they’ve seen me and it’s slow and steady and I’m happier so much happier!

COULD THIS BE YOU?

Gemma Leigh Savage Joined my Thursday 9.30am group at the Bentinck welfae 11 months ago and has now lost 5 stone 9.5 and gone from size 20 to 10/12!
When i asked what kind of difference has it made to her she said she feels so much more confident and feels amazing. Walkiing up hills is so much easier as she has so much more energy.
Gemma has recently changed her job so now sometimes needs to attend a different group but with me having sessions at the Grosvenor rooms Friday 8am & 9.30am & Saturday 7.30am ,& 9am & 10.30am she can work it in to her new lifestyle.

How good is this 2 lovely Slimming World members are famous as they have had their story in print. After losing weight in the wednesday night Slimming World group but it had to close and because they both have now transfered to Damians lovely Thurday night group as i only do morning sessions now Thurs 9.30am Fri 8am & 9.30am & Sat 7.30am & 9am & 10.30am they have found a fab new consultant and are still getting the most out of their Slimming World group.
