This company is the best Care company I’ve ever had and unfortunately for different reasons I’ve had to have a few.
There are too many excellent carers to mention by name but the level of Care is extremely high.
I am also so grateful that they care for my Dog. I have had firms that don’t include pet care it in the package.
When they have been carers that I have felt unsafe to work with they take a note and remove them from my care plan.
I really appreciate the app which allows me to look at what time the carers are coming so I can plan around it and who’s actually coming. It makes a difference knowing who’s coming into your home to give you personal care.
They do seem to understand how important it is to have the same carers ,not only to maintain a high level of Care but to keep within the permitted times and avoid going over which does caused me a great deal of stress.
They do try and give me the same carers all the time which makes an enormous difference and you do get to know them and it becomes friends .
They do have check systems in place for medication ,food and household supplies and tell me when I’m running short of things which is so helpful. They even test the fire alarms every week. I often find that if there is any spare time there automatically fill it by cleaning up or restocking, things .I don’t have to be constantly asking them to do things they just automatically do it.
Most importantly, all of the carers are genuinely caring, friendly and there is often a great deal of laughter. They often go the extra mile to HELP.
The office staff are easily contactable and very helpful and that does make a difference.

This company is the best Care company I’ve ever had and unfortunately for different reasons I’ve had to have a few. There are too many excellent carers to mention by name but the level of Care is extremely high. ★★★★★
