And for those of you that don’t know me, I’m Louise.
I’ve been floating around in the gym since 2016! And a few other gyms before that since 2011.

I’m overly excitable, accident prone and love an adventure.
I’m passionate about learning new stuff, being a better coach and helping as many people as I can. I want to leave the fitness industry better than I found it.
I love watching people get fitter, stronger and more confident.
I love helping people achieve their goals in a way and at a pace that works for them, finding ways to help people win with nutrition is 🔑
I’m a single mum and have had to juggle childcare, working and fitness a LOT over the years. So I get it, it’s easy to let yourself become the bottom of a long list of priorities.
I’ve struggled with food and yo-yo dieting, I’ve been overweight and the perfect weight and never happy 😂 I spent last year chasing a physique goal and now in 2026 I’m going to try and beat my time in an Ironman 70.3
I love trying new fitness pursuits, and that has meant I’m not excellent at any one thing but I’m average at quite a lot 🤷🏻♀️
I’ve been terrified of the gym, I’ve cried in a busy gym car park, I’ve wandered around having no clue what to do in a gym, I’ve hidden in the corner with headphones and baggy clothes with a bright red sweaty beetroot face.
I believe that fitness and training should be an enhance your life not just something that you do to just lose weight.
I absolutely hate the charlatans of the fitness industry who pedal s**t supplements, stupid quick fixes, extreme and unnecessary diets, crap training and make people feel like they aren’t good enough (because you are).
I wanted to create a gym where people felt safe and comfortable to be themselves, to make progress towards their goals, to know that the coaches in it have their best interests at heart, that there’s nothing that can’t be adapted or changed to suit their needs, to create a community of people that support and challenge each other to be a little bit better each and every day and to deliver excellent coaching day in day out.
