Just expert coaching, a welcoming community, and the kind of training that helps real people feel good again.

You turn up, you train at a level that helps you get fitter, stronger and move better, you meet some likeminded people on a similar journey who help you in ways you never knew they could.

We really do get it. The next new thing comes along. It’s got some sexy marketing attached and promises insane results in just 32 seconds.

It’s exciting, it’s fun and the promise of instant rewards helps you part with your cash faster than Richard Gere in Pretty Woman.

BUT all that aside I can promise you hand on heart that no matter what quick fix thing you sign up to the reasons you don’t keep the results you get is absolutely because you do it for a bit and then go back to ‘normal’.

So rather than jump on the latest trend, can you look at your life and know what you would need to do day in day out to get results?

Do you:
Eat within your calorie needs
Eat enough protein and fibre from a variety of sources
Do a mixture of cardiovascular and strength training every week
Move regularly (think steps)
Get enough sleep
Drink enough water
etc etc.

Rather than hop on the next new fad can you start working off this list and improve some of this stuff for the long term rather than just 6 weeks.

The basics will always get results, they aren’t as sexy and don’t come with exciting marketing they can be mundane and boring but they will set you up for actual success rather than keeping you stuck on the perpetual diet wheel where you panic, sign up to something extreme, lose some weight, gain it back in 3 days of all inclusive before you do it all over again next time around.

If you want to get yourself in great shape, and you want results you can keep, think twice before you sign up to the next cleanse diet!

And for those of you that don’t know me, I’m Louise.

I’ve been floating around in the gym since 2016! And a few other gyms before that since 2011.

What do you need to know about me?🤔

I’m overly excitable, accident prone and love an adventure.

I’m passionate about learning new stuff, being a better coach and helping as many people as I can. I want to leave the fitness industry better than I found it.

I love watching people get fitter, stronger and more confident.

I love helping people achieve their goals in a way and at a pace that works for them, finding ways to help people win with nutrition is 🔑

I’m a single mum and have had to juggle childcare, working and fitness a LOT over the years. So I get it, it’s easy to let yourself become the bottom of a long list of priorities.

I’ve struggled with food and yo-yo dieting, I’ve been overweight and the perfect weight and never happy 😂 I spent last year chasing a physique goal and now in 2026 I’m going to try and beat my time in an Ironman 70.3

I love trying new fitness pursuits, and that has meant I’m not excellent at any one thing but I’m average at quite a lot 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’ve been terrified of the gym, I’ve cried in a busy gym car park, I’ve wandered around having no clue what to do in a gym, I’ve hidden in the corner with headphones and baggy clothes with a bright red sweaty beetroot face.

I believe that fitness and training should be an enhance your life not just something that you do to just lose weight.

I absolutely hate the charlatans of the fitness industry who pedal s**t supplements, stupid quick fixes, extreme and unnecessary diets, crap training and make people feel like they aren’t good enough (because you are).

I wanted to create a gym where people felt safe and comfortable to be themselves, to make progress towards their goals, to know that the coaches in it have their best interests at heart, that there’s nothing that can’t be adapted or changed to suit their needs, to create a community of people that support and challenge each other to be a little bit better each and every day and to deliver excellent coaching day in day out.

Hey everyone, I’m Jay.

I’ve recently finished a degree in Sport and Exercise Nutrition, and I’ve been in the gym since I was 15.

Fitness helped me gain confidence, and now I’m here to help you reach your goals too, whether it’s getting stronger, feeling better, or just making progress in the gym!

I’m looking forward to being part of your health and fitness journey.

Meet the team behind the Factory fitness, starting with our newest coach Will 👇

Hello everyone, I’m Will.

I’m very excited to join the team as a new coach!

I have recently graduated university with a sports science degree and have a keen interest in nutrition for health and performance.

I have 6 years of training experience and have personally developed massively both physically and mentally through exercise. I now look forward to using my knowledge around training and exercise to help you achieve all your health and fitness goals.

Outside of the gym I love running, going on days out with family, and eating massive amounts of nice food 😊

I really look forward to meeting you all and becoming part of this amazing fitness community!
