📌 December Appointment Update
As we enter one of the busiest stretches of the year, here’s everything you need to know when booking:
• We will be closed from 24 December through 6 January, so please plan ahead for any treatments you’ll need before the break.
• We’ve opened a handful of late-night appointments, but spaces are extremely limited.
• When booking, remember to include infills, reviews, and any top-up appointments so your results carry you comfortably through our closure.
• Our usual deposit and cancellation policies still apply throughout December.
• If your ideal time isn’t available, you’re welcome to join the waitlist—cancellations do occasionally appear like little surprise windows.
• Please arrive prepped for your treatment (clean lashes, no brow makeup, etc.) so we can make full use of your slot.
• Response times may be a touch slower during peak weeks, but every message will be answered.
• All confirmed appointments before the break will run as scheduled.
