Another killer session this morning for Kai and jack at 6am only week and half to go for mma debut in a cage at stags he’s worked so hard with his training and diet the last 10 weeks and I’m very proud of how hard he’s worked all tickets sold out now and he’s ready to fight

Kai Parker competing in his mma debut in a cage on 18th October At Mansfield town football club all his gold table tickets have gone but there’s still some silver ticket seats available at 40 pounds if anyone would like to come and watch as a few people have asked me about coming so message me for tickets he has trained really hard for this and put everything into it from 6am pit tip sprints to hard sessions at revolution gym in the evening

This is not a work related post but a proud parents post me and tracy are very proud of our little girl today got her A level results A for biology A for social healthcare and B for psychology super proud of her and now off to derby university in September to start her career by gaining a degree in occupational therapy

My first gait analysis session in new place I can provide a more detailed gait analysis session now I have full use of the gym in our facility I’ve been able to show Ellie some exercises to help improve her running style

I’m celebrating 15 years in business as SP sports therapy this year and would like to thank everyone who has supported me as a client and friend over the years I am also excited to let everyone know that I have moved premises and am now residing at revolution gym skegby ng17 3EN this is my new home now and will be a bigger better venue I start on Monday and look forward to seeing everybody there

Had generator Jenny in today for a gait analysis she is a personal trainer who is going to add running to her training and wanted a full gait analysis to identify weaknesses and tightness in her body which may inhibit her running and make her prone to injury all runners should consider this as you can identify any gait issues and solve them through strength and mobility exercises
