Good luck to Chris Bradshaw of Sutton harriers running Manchester marathon on Sunday and good luck to all of my other clients that are running Manchester and London the following week there’s been lots of niggles and ups and downs for people in there training this year but everyone is ready to go at the start line nears

13:58 5k no that’s not a typo mistake it’s Jenson Connell 5k time at armagh 5k in Ireland the other week hes also a GB and England international competing in the euro xc champs and the world cross country gold tour. Jenson is 22 now and he’s been with me since he was 14 and this lad has been through every emotion low and high to get to where he is now I’m very proud of him as I’ve seen how tough for him it has been over the years

Local GB triathlete Libby Coleman has been coming to see me for nearly 10 years and after a lot of health issues and setbacks she’s looking forward to the start of a good season again soon former junior British and European champ and youth Olympian has still got plenty of success in front of her and it’s always been a pleasure looking after her

Merry Christmas from Bertie and SP sports therapy I would like say a big thankyou to everyone who has supported me this year and continued to have treatments when I moved premises in April I really appreciate it!
I will be doing my last appointments on Friday the 12th of dec and will starting back on Monday 5th of January so if you need booking in before I break up let me know and have a happy new year! Thanks Shaun

Well done to Millie Parker completing Worksop half marathon today she only started running at the beginning of this year and I can’t tell you how proud of her I am and how much it means to me to able to run a half marathon with my daughter it was something very special
