Here at Gregory's Mobility Ltd, we will do our upmost to solve any issues you have, even when sometimes it can be user error 😉

Background is, we sold a Brand New 8mph Scooter which had faulted, so we brought it back in under the 12m Warranty Period and gave our customer a Hire Scooter (free of charge of course) to use whilst we resolved the issues.

No issue could be found eventually as our customer had not been charging the new Scooter correctly, and then using incorrect charger on the Hire Scooter also.

It's nice to recieve such feedback on Neil, as the customer is correct in saying, he is a hard worker and will happily test any Scooter that you feel isn't working correctly, even when it turns out to be user error! 🙃

Our customer saw the lighter side of their mistakes and we are happy they now have a full charge each time they leave the house now.

Well done Neil, its always nice to get good feedback 👍 👏
