Spiralling arms & legs or figures of eight to move the fascia in all directions.
Also try head/chest/arm/torso/leg tapping along the meridians of the body to encourage chi flow and stimulate the lymph’s & fluid to move and warm.

In the Seasonal Yoga calendar, we find ourselves in the depths of Autumn. The descending energetic journey is like the leaves that have let go of the need to hold on as there was a no holding back the inevitable..winter.

The Metal element is linked to the Lungs, making them our precious commodity especially against the cold and damp.
