Living in coastal Lincolnshire I get to experience the sea and the rural countryside. Local farmers growing seasonal crops.

Summer for me is eating the rainbow..🌈

The triple warmer the three burners or warmers that harmonise the body from the top, middle and bottom, that connects all of our emotions to the heart, brain and body.

This is the season to feel.. every emotion, good or not so good. To expand into what you want and realise what you don’t.
