I will share with you effective and therapeutic steps that will bring much benefit to you. Do it and you'll thank yourself!
1. Write in your therapy notebook:
"What is happiness for me...
What do I want to change in my life for the better….”
(everyone should write their recent feelings, understandings, ideas, desires and what they strive for)
As you write, try to imagine the image, the picture of this transformative process. Feel the feeling you seek and desire. Ask yourself questions: What should be present in my life to feel happy and satisfied, what should I change and start doing to move towards the desired goal.... )
Try to feel while you are immersed in this idea, where in the body you feel the strongest flow of energy, which part of the body you associate symbolically with this idea of happiness. Remember this place and with your visualization imagine how you fill this place in the body with this resource picture, how you plant these new seeds.
2. Now you will make some bookmarks. Re-read the text you wrote and analyze:
First: See what in the description is already present in your life and if you want to change anything from it or keep it as it is ….. ? Ask yourself, why do I keep it or why would I change it …..?
Second: See if your description is missing someone, something that you now have in your life and are still connected to, but in your projection of desired happiness someone, something is missing.... Ask yourself why is it not there, what hurts me, and realize important reasons for you that you are apparently ignoring.
Third: Ask yourself who, from childhood authorities had similar lacks, problems, and pains to me. How they achieved and worked for their dreams. How they took responsibility for the changes they wanted. How they believed in themselves and worked for their well-being and longing of their soul.
