Well it’s been a while after 2 ankle breaks and almost 2 years out of canicross due.

My beautiful steed and best friend Zeba are back out on the trails!

It’s taken A LOT physio, emotional, spiritual work and leaning on oils and supplements.

Buuttt the most important that has got me through this is FRIENDSHIP !

The kind of friendship where you can be your completely weird self and you are not just accepted but loved for it and I am so grateful ☺️ You know who you are ❤️❤️❤️

So much respect for the healers in my life!

These powerful warrior women that hold space for us to come back to our authentic selves with so much love to give!
The most impactful lesson these warriors continue to teach me is that our own healing comes FIRST, ALWAYS and When they demonstrate this it is so powerful and inspiring it truly fills me with JOY and POSSIBILITIES.
All in divine timing 🫶
