We’re excited to announce our brand new ladies only Pilates matwork classes, designed to help you improve core strength and stability, whilst supporting pelvic floor and lower back health. Enjoy expert guidance from experienced studio owner, Christine in our calm, boutique studio setting.

Mondays at 6pm
Wednesdays at 7:15pm
Whether you’re new to Pilates or returning to the mat, these classes are the perfect way to build strength whilst feeling confident and comfortable in a women-only environment.
