Sophie’s yoga classes run for 60 minutes, and blend the steady foundations of Hatha Yoga with soft, flowing elements of Vinyasa.
Suitable for all levels, the practice invites mindful movement, conscious breathing, and a gentle exploration of strength and mobility, allowing you to work at a pace that feels right for you. Mats are provided.
Yoga classes run on Thursdays 18:00-19:00pm, and 19:10-20:10pm.
