“The body works as a whole,” says our founder, Amanda Bradshaw. “All systems are interlinked and so need to be treated as a whole picture. We work by elimination, not suppression, and tailor treatments to work with the body’s natural production rather than use artificial products that may shut down production. We identify key health indicators and small cellular changes, and help the body to get back to homeostasis.”
With more than 15 years’ experience at the top of her field, Amanda Bradshaw is an internationally-renowned therapist with vast experience working with professional sports men and women, including Olympians, rugby teams, stunt workers, racing drivers, bodybuilders and more. How we look and how we perform have been essential themes running through her career to date; starting as a personal trainer, she moved into sports therapy and, since 2010, has been a qualified biomedic providing aesthetic therapies in Sutton, Cheam and Carshalton. Her passion is helping you feel good, and feel more confident.
