Love a delivery! I’ve ordered some Eucalyptus ear candles great for blocked ears sinus headaches.With the turn in the weather suddenly lots of people are suffering with coughs and colds.Eucalyptus is great for easing breathing has a warming effect. Can also be used in a diffuser for chesty coughs flu and sinusitis 🍃

Today I’ve been making lipbalms, and lip scrubs now the winter months are here all need a little bit of help.These smell and taste amazing using Organic Shea butter and Cocoa butter with Orange essential oil 🍊all paraben free no nasty chemicals kids love them to.The scrub is great for exfoliating.Tomorrow I will be gift wrapping them for Christmas gifts ready to sale

After a long wait finally got my certificate through for my qualification for Complimentary Therapy level 3.Still can’t believe I’m doing the job I love and dreamed of. With Covid,home schooling and being on my own 2 children so lovely to see it’s all worth it ,setting up a new business,websites etc I love meeting new clients and making them feel good,having the knowledge to use aromatherapy in our everyday life, # aromatherapy

Tonight I have used Eucalyptus oil in the diffuser,great for coughs and colds keeping bugs at bay especially with the change of seasons. Leaves a lovely fresh aroma around the house great for clearing the head and sinus to. I also use with Mint or Lavender in a roller ball blend for Clearing headaches
