When someone we love passes away, we are left with so many emotions. Emotions that we can't make sense of, emotions we may never have felt before. Questions left unanswered, anger for the situation we have been left in, pain of the loss, fear of what lays ahead. Every moment brings us different emotions. And no two people will ever deal with these situations in the same way. There is no right or wrong way, just your way. Never be afraid to say how you feel. Never feel guilty for being angry with the one who has passed. Grief is individual, coping mechanisms work in different ways. And as alone as you may feel in those days and weeks that follow, you are never truly alone. Family, friends, neighbours... And, of course, our spirit family, all rally around you.
Talk about your feelings, speak of your pain, allow the tears to flow when they need to. And shout and scream if you need to. Do what's right for you. Do what is needed for you. But know, you are never alone. 🙏🙏🙏🥰🥰🥰🥰
