Ever made a decision or a change and felt like it was the wrong one? Not every decision is your final , some of them are there to teach you a lesson. They show us what we truly want and value, and put us back on the right path. So it might feel like you’re going but that doesn’t mean you’re on the wrong path. Trust your and don’t be afraid to undo a decision. Sometimes what you wanted was right there - you just needed to see it from a different . It wasn’t a mistake: it was a learning .

Some days you experience the bad - the stress, frustration, exhaustion that comes with daily interactions. I had one of those days today and I forgot to many of my responses. I allowed the emotion and negative thoughts to lead. It reminds me how much more there is to . The most important part is to always forgive yourself first: we’re imperfect at our core, and it’s ok to make mistakes and try again.

When you start to realise you always knew what you wanted to do 🤯🥰 I started doing massage when I was 11 or 12 after my Mama had a horrific car accident. It helped her so much and I loved doing it. Subsequently I asked for a book on massage for Christmas 🎁 and this is the one I got! I still love reading it 📖 Took a while but I’m here! 💫

Following on from my previous post here are some for you 🙆‍♀️🙆‍♂️ We have scapular squeezes, wall angels (make sure to flatten your back to the wall as much as possible here), hip flexor stretch (keep the core secure and hips forward with this one) and cat and cow pose which is my personal 😍 🧘🏻‍♀️ When performing any kind of stretching activity be mindful of your body’s natural stopping point, go slow and do not continue if you are in pain. Message if you have questions 😊
