Please be aware that in some cases, your medication may arrive securely packed inside your bin. This is done to:
✅ Protect your medication during transit
✅ Prevent damage from impact
✅ Ensure everything arrives safely together

When your order arrives:
1. Open the sharps bin
2. Remove your medication
3. Store it as instructed immediately

If you’re unsure whether your medicine belongs in the fridge ❄️, read your product information leaflet included in the delivery, or contact the Patient Support Team on 0800 083 3060.

The OTL is a secure, unique link sent to you via SMS, allowing you to arrange medication deliveries without needing a login.

After listening to feedback, we understand the importance of improving the functionality and usability of our digital tools. The new update contains:

👉 Easy-to-Use Design: Clean and simple design that makes it easy to find what you need.
👉 Clear Instructions: Step-by-step guidance in plain language to help you order your medication.
👉 Helpful Features: Quickly update your personal details and delivery options when needed.
