This week Andy's Man Club is championing It's Okay to Talk Week, which encourages us all to smash the stigma that plagues men's mental health: that it's weakness to seek support. Su***de is the biggest killer of men under the age of 54, and we want to support this campaign and reassure you that it's absolutely okay to not be okay, and essential to share the burden. Did you know that July is Good Care Month? This dedicated event celebrates social care workers up and down the country, and aims to inspire would-be carers to embrace the opportunities available to them. It's estimated that more than a quarter of our population will be aged 65 years and over by 2050, and our sector needs many more amazing workers to enable us to continue to support the elderly and vulnerable to lead the full lives they deserve.
