Well it's Monday again and nearly October. Last week was busy, swadlincote therapy rooms friendship group went to the Black Country museum and had an amazing day. Met some students for a catch up and then Drumming circle Wednesday evening. Thursday was a great Qigong session and had 2 new attendees, then yesterday was our Autumn Reflections Retreat which was a wonderful day. Plus some Reiki sessions for clients.
Another busy week ahead 😊
