What a busy week at Freedom Therapies. Slow start then Wednesday morning was meditation, then new drumming circle in the evening. Thursday morning qigong then out for a much needed catch up with a friend, today teaching Reiki Master Teacher for Tracey, so great to reconnect after so long. Tomorrow we have the lovely Teresa with the Saturday drumming circle..
