If you have already had your eyes tested recently All you need to do is bring along a copy of your optical prescription. We offer Single Vision, Bifocal and Varifocal lenses. Transitions, High Index, Anti-Reflective coatings, Tints and Polarised lenses. Our frame start from £30 and range from budget choices to titanium rimless frames. We are updating our collections all the time, bringing new brands and now designer names. We sell a range of cases, lens cleaners, specialist eye care drops and products, no fog wipes, eye bags, sports specs and much more.

Travis' first pair of specs ❤️
As I am a very high myope, my children are more at risk so I have always made sure they have been tested regularly and from a young age ( esp as there is no vision screening in primary schools in this area anymore).
Travis has been fitted with the myopia control lenses - stellest. Giving him the best chance to slow the progression down .

Our Story

We are an independently owned and ran Opticians in Swadlincote. We offer a wide range of frames from budget to more higher end brands. We specialise in Kodak lenses but as we are independent we can supply lenses from any manufacturer. All of our staff have many many (without sounding old) years experience.

There isnt a prescription that we havent been able to do yet! and we do enjoy a good challenge. We sell a range of standard cases, and glittery cases, spectacle cords, Lens wipes and spray cleaners. Sunglasses, Transitions, Polarised lenses, antiglares, thinner lenses, varifocals, digital lenses, Bifocals, Trifocals, Rimless etc etc etc.

In early 2018 we will also be offering Contact lenses too.
