An emotional week at Measham Dental!...

It’s been an eventful week as we held a celebration for 2 members of our valued staff. Abi is going on maternity leave, and Erica has retired after many years of brilliant work at Measham Dental.

The Measham Dental family; staff and patients alike will miss Erica greatly and we wish her all the very best in this next chapter of her life. We hope she will keep popping in to see us so we can find out what adventures she has been on in her retirement.

We also send our very best wishes to Abi who is leaving to have her baby! We can’t wait to meet her little one and also welcome Abi back after her maternity leave.

As you can see from the photos, we had a very tasty (and emotional!) celebration lunch to say farewell to our leavers…

Meet Rob Bolt 👋🏻. Our Implant Dentist & Specialist Oral Surgeon.

Rob loves the constructive side of dentistry. While many oral surgeons spend most of their time taking teeth out, Rob’s favourite part of the job is actually putting teeth back in with dental implants. 😄

Sandra personally invited Rob to join the Measham Dental team and we’re so glad she did! When he’s not with us, Rob teaches oral surgery and implants at the Dental Hospital in Sheffield. One of the things Rob finds most rewarding is seeing how implants can completely change someone’s life.

For patients who’ve struggled with loose dentures, moving to implant-supported solutions can make everyday things, like eating comfortably and smiling with confidence so much easier.

✨ A Trip to the Dentist That Feels Like a Treat! 🎁

At our practice, we love making dental visits a fun and positive experience for kids and parents alike. For many years, our amazing Practice Manager Jenny Miller has been keeping “JenJen’s Treat Cupboard” fully stocked with goodies, from gift stationery and stickers to small toys and more!

These special surprises go beyond the usual dentist stickers, they’re our way of rewarding children (and the young at heart!) for looking after their teeth and being brave at their appointments.

It’s just one of the many family-centred touches we’re proud to offer to make every visit a little brighter. 💙

Exciting news - we have a new staff team member!! 🥳

We’re really pleased to be able to introduce our new dentist with a special interest in facial aesthetic services - Dr Sara Rahimi. Sara graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Newcastle University and is an award-winning composite bonding dentist passionate about cosmetic dentistry.

At the practice, she offers treatments such as composite bonding and teeth whitening, alongside facial aesthetic services including anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers, giving you the full aesthetic package to achieve beautifully balanced, confident smiles.

Known for her meticulous attention to detail and warm, charismatic approach, she is dedicated to making each patient’s experience as comfortable and positive as possible. Sara is looking forward to meeting as many of our patients as possible in the weeks ahead.

Hi all, we appreciate we have been a little quiet, but we have been busy bee's getting our extension ready for you all. We are very excited to announce we are officially open with 3 surgeries for now. And the best news ever is we are now taking on new patients. As you all know we are renovating the practice. The stairs are now in. Yippeeeeee.
However the reception area has been boarded up for now. Our girls have been very busy, making the practice look pretty despite the works. What do you all think?
