We still have some places left on this amazing day at The Grotto, Garden King, Newhall.
Our lives are so busy an we sometimes just need to STOP and take some time for yourself.
This day includes meditation, crafting, sharing energy, a wonderful vegetarian lunch (dietary requirements catered for), plus a relaxing mindfulness exercise. Plus a goody bag to take home.

The day is run by 3 highly qualified, local therapists, so you will be in safe hands.
